Butler instantly became one of my favorite spots for authentic Napoletana pizza. The dough was absolutely ideal, light, airy, perfectly chewy, easily digestible, and beautifuly blistered from the perfect high-heat exposure. I ordered Marinara, made with rich San Marzano tomatoes, garlic and excellent olive oil. Simple and incredibly flavourful. I have also tried a bite of Prosciutto Crudo pizza, and it was brutally good. The atmosphere is a bit "messy", haphazardly, and the wait for someone to take our order was oddly long, despite the fact the place was only half fool. But we did arrive without reservation, and I suppose they prefer reservations. Still, the quality of pizzas deserves the highest grade.

In the middle of a working-class neighborhood, this temple stands as a bastion of love for pizza, dedicated exclusively to top-quality ingredients, with a simple menu that offers a sensation for all the senses. While live music is playing, the pleasures merge into a symphony of flavors and aromas... I highly recommend it.
We had a nice time at Butler's. The pizzas were amazing, service impeccable. Will definitely return if I get pizza cravings when I come back to Zagreb.
I read the many “hidden gem” reviews and was skeptical if it will live up to the strong reviews - and it absolutely did. The place is spacious, modern and cozy. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Most importantly - the Pizza is excellent. Done with mostly DOP products directly from Italy, both ingredients and preparation of the Pizza are very good. I would have been as happy with the same Pizza in Italy. Fully recommended
I had a wonderful experience at Butler Restaurant & Bar. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the Bufalina Multicolore which was full of flavor and beautifully prepared. The service was perfect-friendly, attentive, and professional. The atmosphere made the evening even more enjoyable. Definitely a place I would love to visit again!
The pizza was impressive, with a soft and fluffy crust that even I rarely eat carbs, still couldn’t resist having extra slices. The "Zagreb steak" was also nice—crispy fried chicken stuffed with cheese and ham, perfectly juicy and flavorful.

Hidding in plain... Hotel. Tucked away in Zagreb's backstreets, in a not-5-star hotel, is a 5-star pizza. The Neapolitan crust is so soft it's almost chewy, as it should be. The tomato sauce tastes like actual tomatoes. Ingredients are very fresh, and you can see the pizza being made if you sit inside. We decided to sit outside because it was a nice sunny day. This is a restaurant for the hotel before noon. In the afternoon, they only serve pizza. The decor inside is industrial garden style, which is popular now, but nothing special. Outdoor seating is much better if you can get it, and if the weather is nice. Prices are neither better nor worse than anywhere else in Zagreb for a good Neapolitan pizza. Definitely a hidden gem with 'everyday pizza' to which I keep coming back again and again.
